"Enterer" Canvas Print

This piece is a meditation on the first forms of magic I encountered while studying 19th century occult beliefs. The Enterer is a pose used in High Magic rituals while incanting certain names of God from the Torah. This technique was made popular by The Golden Dawn in the 19th centuries and is still used by magicians today.
